Our experience at the very highest levels of the sporting world across a combined 11 Olympic games has given us first hand experience developing world class teams.

We have distilled these experiences to create a framework for leaders to create an  understanding of how to enhance and sustain high performance for themselves and their teams. We do this through a combination of leadership coaching, individual coaching and team coaching to create a high performing mindset through understanding what it takes for them as an individual to perform at their best and what is required as a team in order to win but importantly win well. 

Each TR coach provides a unique perspective, born from their competitive sporting background and translated into the business environment – providing our clients with a bespoke coaching mix of different perspectives.

Mechanism of delivery

We use a combination of individual and team coaching to create momentum and support each person to be able to give their best performance as players and a collective.

Our leadership coaching is also powered by data, using our own tracking tools to provide detailed analysis and feedback. These insights help us to unearth the potential performance advantages and track progress against The Win.

What makes us different?

  • We use a 2:1 coaching – where there are always 2 coaches in every interaction.  We believe this offers a richer coaching experience as we all bring different perspectives to the leadership coaching environment.
  • Not consultants – we don’t pretend to know your world, we have no intention of telling you what to do. We believe you have the answers and we will support you to discover them through creating the space and time to have the important conversations.
