A Fast-growing International newly public company looking for innovative ways to support top talent to develop leadership skills that provided support to address current leadership challenges.
The business was not interested in traditional leadership training courses but was keen to support their leaders more holistically as individuals and as a cohort.
We delivered our in-person Confident Leaders coaching programme to fast track leaders through a coaching approach by empowering them to develop their leadership style and skillset across all four aspects of talent development – skills, knowledge, attitude and behaviour in key domains of high performance – resilience, confidence and trust.
Prior to the programme starting, we held discovery calls with each participant to prime them for the in-person days and to ensure they were clear on how to get the most out of the programme.
Following the sessions, participants were given access to all materials and a platform that has supported them to further explore the concepts and how to apply them to themselves and their teams. We also carried out follow-up virtual sessions in small groups to further embed the learnings and facilitate peer-to-peer support for ongoing development.
Follow-up sessions and feedback demonstrated that participants were able to take practical models and concepts away from the programme and immediately apply them to themselves, their team and their role as a leader.
Participants felt an increased sense of confidence in their leadership ability and improved cohesion and collaboration amongst this level of leadership within the business.
